Our Origins
BSA17 is a brand that was born from the ancient tradition of mining and processing slates of the highest quality in the quarries of Valfontanabuona in the hinterland of Lavagna in Liguria, to develop a way of distributing products that start from the ancient tradition and, thanks to new technologies, have expanded the ways in which natural stones can be used.
In particular, our “natural stone sheets,” due to their absolutely innovative characteristics, allow for uses unthinkable with traditional cuts of the stones themselves.
